January

January has been full of new adventures for all of us. First of all, I don't know if I ever posted it or not but we sold our house back in December. We had to be out on Jan. 14th. This sale has not been the best thing in my eyes. Its a million wonders that my marriage status has not changed but it is not over yet. I did not want to sell my house but more importantly I did not want to move to Scooba, Ms. I have been there and done that before and I moved back home then. Oh yes, we are living in Scooba, at Johnathan's grandmother's place. There is nothing wrong with the place we are living. It is just by no means where I want to be. It added about 15 minutes to my drive to work, its 37 miles from my mama and my church, and a needless to say I just don't like it. But on the up side, I do have it looking like home, I have decorated it, and we are living the country life. We have our 8 dogs lined up the back yard, our guard dog sleeping in a recliner on the front porch, and a black cat roaming the inside of the house in search of all the mice that have invaded. Yes a cat. I hate hate hate cats but I surely hate a mouse worse than anything. I have even caught some on a trap and wouldn't move them because I hate a mouse that bad but we are working on it.

The other news is that we are potty training. I did not want to start this. I have not been in a hurry at all but on Sunday, Braedon threw a fit to put on his "Toy Story" underwear that I bought on a whem one day. I finally gave in and put them on him. I informed him that he could not Tee Tee on Woody. OK MA he said. Well that has been a week ago. Only two accidents all week long and they were not tee tee!!!! GROSS is the word for that. Other than that its been great at home and at daycare. Hopefully it will keep going good and we will learn about the GROSS part asap!!!

We are still patiently waiting on Mr. Miles Johnston. I cannot wait to meet the little fellow and see his impact on Chad and Leslie. They have no clue what fantastic path they are about to embark on. Its wonderful. Good Luck you two. The Banks Family (especially "Aunt" Chele) can't wait to meet you!!!
